About

Rethabile Tsoeu, is a young Mosotho boy, born and raised in the capital city of Lesotho (Maseru). Having seen the troubled world he leaves in, Tsoeu founded the organization known as "THE CHANGE I WANT". The organization is aimed at improving the lives of young adults who are well known as street kids. The organization consists of several projects such as, Project Moving Forward etc.
